Cancellation Policy
Individual Cancellation Policy
We require payment or a credit card on file to guarantee your reservation. If your party, or any individual in your party, cancels inside 48 hours of your scheduled trip, you will receive a partial refund. No refunds–for any reason–will be provided within 24 hours of your scheduled trip time.
Rescheduling
We understand plans change. Defiance will do its best to accommodate re-booking requests. There is no additional charge for requests made at least 24 hours before your scheduled trip. For requests made within 24 hours, a $10/person rebooking fee applies. All rescheduling requests are subject to availability. Rescheduled trips are non-refundable.
Group Cancellation Policy
Any party receiving a group discount is subject to a 48-hour cancellation policy. If your group or any individual in your group cancels outside of 48 hours of your scheduled trip, a $10.00 per person processing fee will be assessed. No refunds will be given for no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled trip.

Weather is not a cause for cancellation; trips run rain or shine.
